Private babysitting is available after 5:00 PM for up to four children. Please provide adequate supplies of diapers and formula for infants. A change of clothing is required for children participating in water activities.

Beach, Pools & Jacuzzis
Bahama Beach Club is a beachfront property and there is immediate access from the Resort to the beach anytime. Our beach and pool areas are available for your pleasure.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: There are no lifeguards on duty at any time. Therefore it is advised that an adult must accompany children under the age of 14 at all times when utilizing the pools or hot tubs. Guests are also advised to be very cautious and swim at their own risk. No diving is allowed.

Check-in and Check-out Time
Check-in time is 2:00 pm.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Guests will be allowed late check-outs with the permission of the Resident Manager. Otherwise a late check-out will incur a penalty charge.

Coffee and Tea in Your Condominium
Two-in-one coffee makers are provided in each condominium: 8-cup brewing on one side and Keurig K-cup coffee makers on the other side. We provide complimentary regular and decaf 8-cup coffee bags and free regular and decaf K-cup coffee pods and cream, sugar, and sweeteners. Visa and MasterCard are accepted at Bahama Beach Club.
Cribs are available through Housekeeping for $15 per night.
It is highly recommended that you reconfirm your airline reservation at least 24 hours prior to your departure. If traveling to the Treasure Cay Airport it will be at least a 15-minute drive. If traveling to Marsh Harbour Airport it will be at least a 45-minute drive.
Government-mandated departure tax is US $25 per person payable to the airline at the check-in counter.
Note: Your airline may have included this tax in the ticket transaction as a convenience to you. When reconfirming your departure be sure to reconfirm the departure tax policy with your airline.
Do Not Disturb
Housekeeping and other Bahama Beach Club employees will need to enter your condo from time to time. If you want privacy just insert the Do Not Disturb sign on your outside door handle and lock the deadbolt.

The US Dollar is equal to the Bahamian Dollar. All other currencies are based on the daily rate provided by our local banks.
For foreign exchange please see our Front Desk or visit The Royal Bank of Canada, located in the Treasure Cay Shopping Center, on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between the hours of 9:30 am and 2:00 pm.

The facility is open 24 hours a day. For safety reasons, guests must be at least 16 years of age to enter the Fitness Gym or to use the equipment.
Equipment includes: treadmill, elliptical trainer, exercise bike, freeweights, benches, multi-station machines, mats for stretching and a water cooler provided for your convenience.
This equipment is available for our guests who know they are in good physical condition. Please do not use the equipment if you are not already in a regular exercise program or have not recently been seen by a physician and received permission to engage in vigorous exercise.
If at any time you are uncomfortable or in pain while working out – STOP EXERCISING!
The entire Resort is equipped with free wireless high-speed internet. If you do not have a laptop there are two computers set up in the Front Office for Guest use at no charge.

Irons and ironing boards are located inside your laundry closet.
Lost and Found
Lost and found properties will be handed over to the Front Office. To inquire about a lost item please Touch “0” ( zero ) on your in-phone to contact the Front Desk.
