Does Bahama Beach Club have a business center?

No. Bahama Beach Club does not have a traditional business center. Complimentary printing is available, and guests may use a private office in the lobby for calls.

Does Bahama Beach Club offer audiovisual equipment for events?

Yes. Projectors are available for meetings and events.

Is event catering available at Bahama Beach Club?

Yes. Catering through Bahama Beach Club is required for events hosted at the resort. The resort team can assist with menu planning based on the event and group needs.

Can I use outside vendors for an event at Bahama Beach Club?

No. Outside vendors are not permitted for events at Bahama Beach Club.

What is the deposit and payment policy for events at Bahama Beach Club?

A $1,500 deposit is required to reserve an event at Bahama Beach Club. Full payment is due 21 days before the event.

Does Bahama Beach Club have high-speed internet for meetings and events?

Yes. Bahama Beach Club offers high-speed fiber internet for meetings and events.

Can I host an outdoor event at Bahama Beach Club?

Yes. Outdoor event spaces are available at Bahama Beach Club. In case of inclement weather, events can be moved to an indoor event space, subject to the event plan and available capacity.
